Kirk has been coaching for 30 years. 17 of those years coaching HS boys, 14 coaching HS girls. Kirk also was a volunteer assistant at the NCAA D2 level for 3 years. Kirk's HS team was 13-3 last season losing in the 1st round of state playoffs. This season the team is currently 1-0. Kirk is expecting to continue teaching and coaching until he retires which hopefully is about 20 years away. Kirk and his wife Lisa are currently expecting their 1st grandchild from their oldest daughter Taylor who is also Kirk's HS soccer assistant. Kirk's youngest daughter Maggie is also his MS soccer assistant.
