Adrian shares his coaching journey which began in England! He was the Director for Kentucky Youth Soccer and a few years ago transitioned to his role at FC Cincinnati. Adrian's passion for the game is easy to hear when he speaks about coaching and his players. He is a huge proponent of helping other coaches improve and recognizes the impact coaching has on the lives of players. His most important role is that of being a father to his son, who is an academy player at FCC. Adrian talks on the balancing act of being a father and a coach. Super insightful!
