Reed gives great real life examples to illustrate ways to incorporate "power words" into your daily communication.

Interspersed throughout the book is scientific explanations on how the mind works in reference to words, adversity, success, and more!

This book was a great read and one that I will refer to often to continue honing my use of vocabulary and communication.
